Karl
R. Walko
President
Karl has been President of Council #10 since October
2001. Prior to his election as President, he served
on the Council #10 Board of Trustees (since 1993)
representing the County “Large Unit”.
Karl worked over twenty years as a health inspector
in the County Health and Human Services Department.
He is a life-long resident of Camden County, graduating
from Audubon H.S., Camden County College, and
Rutgers University (Camden College of Arts &
Sciences). He is a resident of Audubon, married,
and the father of one grown daughter. |

| Leah Hicks
Vice President
Leah first served Council #10 in 1975 when she
was elected a Shop Steward. In 1985, she was elected
to the Board of Trustees. She became the Vice
President under Henry Dunn in 1995 and served
as President for six months following his untimely
death. Leah has worked in clerical positions with
Camden County since 1975. Currently, she works
in the County Adjuster’s Office located
at the County’s Lakeland Complex. Leah is
a resident of Lindenwold, married, with two children. |

Tami Goree
Treasurer/Financial Secretary
Tami became Treasurer of Council #10 in July ’03.
She previously served Council #10 on the contract
negotiations committee. Tami has worked for the
City of Camden since 1991. She currently performs
payroll duties in the Personnel Office.
Tami is a resident of Camden and the mother of
three sons and the grandmother of one grandson. |

Valerie Castagna
Recording Secretary
Valerie has served Council #10 for close to twenty years as a Trustee for the Large Unit. She served on a series of negotiations committees for that unit. She was also the Secretary to the Board to Trustees. She is a resident of Gloucester City.

Eunice Robinson
Corresponding Secretary
Eunice became Corresponding Secretary in 2000.
She served Council #10 for many years as a Shop
Steward representing the Camden County Youth Center
employees. Eunice is a resident of Pine Hill |

| David Ewing
Sergeant-at-Arms
David became Sergeant-at-Arms in April 2005. He currently works as a Building Maintenance Worker for the City of Camden Public Works Department. David is a resident of Camden. He is married with children. |
