Thanks to All Involved--Over $12,400 Profit Raised for Scholarship Fund
The September 24, 2009 Henry J. Dunn Scholarship Golf Tournament along with the Chinese Auction held that night raised over $12,000 for the Union Scholarship Fund. This fund, renamed in the honor of past Council #10 President Henry J. Dunn, provides scholarships to the children of Council #10 members. At the March 2009 General Membership Meeting, Council #10 awarded nineteen $500 scholarships.
We would like to recognize those individuals and businesses that sponsored holes and/or provided donations. Also, we would like to thank the Golf and Scholarship committeess and all who participated in any way.
